Kost Tire and Auto Care Offers a Comprehensive Lifetime Tire Protection Plan

Things have changed since the last time you purchased tires. Ask any tire dealer in town what his manufacturer’s warranty covers TODAY and what it does not cover! Some Dealers will say they have a Warranty, but, it only covers the 1st 50% of the tread. We all know most tire problems occur in the LAST 50% of their tread life which makes their Warranty WORTHLESS! Others will say they do, but when you ask them to explain, their explanation is VAGUE, UNCLEAR, CONFUSING, MISTY and UNCERTAIN! This means, come back when you have a problem and we’ll argue about how much it’s going to cost you! Most tire manufacturers have quietly eliminated their Road Hazard Warranties. But at your own risk! All the more reason to buy at KOST. We offer our Tire Protection Plan on most tires we sell. For a one-time low charge you can get our impressive Tire Protection Plan.

What is Considered a Road Hazard?

Glass cuts, chuck holes, curb breaks, blow-outs, run-flats, nails, etc. If non-repairable, we will replace the tire for FREE. However, if repairable, we will repair simple flat tire repairs at no charge for the life of the tire. This is another fantastic part of the KOST Lifetime Tire Protection Plan.

In lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied, KOST agrees within  normal use, should a tire purchased with a KOST Certificate fail due to workmanship, road hazard (as defined) or run-flat, KOST will replace tire free, upon return of the tire, certificate and receipt.  KOST shall not be liable for any damages caused by the failure of the tire due to workmanship, road hazard or run-flat other than to replace the tire under the terms of this certificate.  (NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to you.) To obtain maximum mileage, present your certificate at any KOST store every 6000 to 8000 miles, so we can inspect tires, rotate them (FREE) if necessary, adjust pressure, inform you if alignment or other work is required, and record data and mileage.  Then keep your repair bill in your car with your certificate. This certificate does not cover tires rendered unserviceable due to misalignment, vandalism, accidents, deliberate abuse, and/or failures with less than 2/32nd inch tread depth. KOST is also not responsible for loss of time, use of vehicle, or other incidental or consequential damages. This certificate gives you specific rights which vary from state to state.
